Description
The machine is designed for easy and affordable production of wax bases at home with your own wax.
It uses water for cooling, a standard hose, and an aquarium pump.
What’s special about it is its aluminum body, which allows for even temperature distribution and a fast yet controlled heat exchange between the water and the wax.
Four minutes are needed for one foundation to be made, but for bigger productivity two machines can be connected to one pump. This way the waiting time could be used.

The water container must have a capacity of at least 50 liters, and the water should be maintained at a temperature between 25 and 32 degrees. During operation, the water naturally heats up and needs to be replaced with cooler water.
