- “We”, “BioIn”, “Bio Inovatsii”,“The Company” – meaning “Bio Inovatsii” Ltd сwith its registered office and management address at: Office 3, Floor 3, 242 Vasil Levski Street, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, UIC (Company Registration Number): 204019391, Tel.: +359 32 956 137, Email: office@bioin-bg.com; the company that owns and operates the online store at bioin-bg.com.
- “SITE” – refers to the website located at bioin-bg.com.
- “ACCOUNT” – refers to an account registered on bioin-bg.com
- “ONLINE STORE” – refers to the virtual store located at bioin-bg.com, which provides the possibility to purchase goods via the internet.
- “USER” – refers to an individual using the functionalities of the website.
- “BUYER” – refers to an individual making a purchase of goods from the online store.
- “CONSUMER” – refers to a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”).
- “PERSONAL DATA” – refers to personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and European legislation (“PDPA”).
- “CASH ON DELIVERY” – refers to cash on delivery within the meaning of the Postal Services Act (PSA).
- “GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS” – refers to these terms and conditions. By clicking on any link, button, or application located on the website, except for the link leading to these general terms and conditions, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to these general terms and conditions for using the website and online store.
The website can be browsed without registration. Registration is only required to use certain functionalities of the site and is completely voluntary and free of charge. To register, you must be at least 18 years old and complete the registration form.
Upon successful completion of the registration, you will receive a username and password for access. A single email address can only be used to register one account.
If you do not wish to register an account, you have the option to shop as a guest. In this case, the data provided is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling the specific order and is not stored for future purchases.
Only goods that the system allows to be added to the shopping cart can be purchased from the online store. All information regarding the products presented on the website, including but not limited to technical specifications, warranty conditions, usage instructions, etc., is provided by the manufacturer, or respectively by Bio Innovatsii Ltd. The latter is not responsible in case of incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading information due to technical and/or typographical errors.
All prices displayed on the Website/Online Store are in euros (EUR) and are valid solely at the time of their publication. Bio Inovatsii Ltd. reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The prices for online orders confirmed by Bio Inovatsii Ltd. are final and shall not be subject to change.
All prices displayed on the Website/Online Store are final and include all applicable taxes and charges, excluding the cost of order processing and delivery, which is stated separately where applicable.
All goods presented on the website and/or sold in the online store come with a legal warranty for conformity of the goods with the sales contract under Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
The commercial warranty does not affect the rights of consumers arising from the warranty under Articles 112-115 of the CPA. Regardless of the commercial warranty, the seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of consumer goods with the sales contract under the warranty provided in Articles 112-115 of the CPA.
By calling +359 32 956 137, you can obtain all information required under Article 4 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (CPA) relating to any product or service presented on the Website and/or sold through the Online Store.
The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body within the meaning of Article 181n(4) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act is the Conciliation Commissions operating under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (CPC).
In the event of a dispute arising from an online sale, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform.
The provisions in this section apply to consumers as defined by §13, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Additional Provisions of the CPA.
Delivery of goods ordered from the online store is only available to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The goods will only be received after the buyer signs a document confirming the receipt of the goods. The delivery times for goods ordered through the online store are as follows:
The price of goods ordered from the online store can be paid through one of the following methods:
- Cash on delivery
- Payment by bank card
- Bank transfer
Please note that, in certain cases, some of the payment methods listed may not be available. All payments must be made in euros (EUR) only.
If payment is made by bank transfer, the full amount due as stated on the invoice must be paid within five (5) business days from the date the invoice is issued. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer expressly and unconditionally agrees that, in all cases except where the “Cash on Delivery” payment method is used, the full purchase price of each ordered product shall be paid in advance to Bio Inovatsii Ltd.
Where the “Cash on Delivery” payment method is used, the Buyer shall pay the courier the full amount due (including the price of the products and any applicable order processing and delivery charges), as specified in the invoice and/or receipt. The Buyer hereby authorizes the courier to receive such payment on the Buyer’s behalf and to transfer it to Bio Inovatsii Ltd. for the Buyer’s account.
In the case of delivery with payment via “Cash on Delivery”: the buyer receives an invoice/cash slip from the courier, which indicates the total amount due, including the price of the goods and the price for processing and delivery. The buyer transfers the total amount due to the courier and the payment is noted in the document certifying the delivery of the goods, which also serves as a receipt.
The distance sales contract between Bio Inovatsii Ltd. and the buyer is considered concluded after confirmation of the given order by Bio Innovations Ltd. The confirmation of a distance sales contract concluded with the Company, including all information under Art. 47, para. 1 of the ZPA, is made to the e-mail provided by the buyer.
Delivery of goods ordered from the online store is carried out only to addresses on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Receipt of the goods occurs only after the buyer signs a document certifying its acceptance and delivery. The delivery terms for goods ordered through the online store are as follows:
1. For goods ordered until 2 p.m. Bulgarian time – 24 hours, starting from the day following the day the order is confirmed.
2. For goods ordered after 2 p.m. Bulgarian time – 48 hours, starting from the day following the day the order is confirmed.
Bio Inovatsii Ltd. reserves the right unilaterally, without the need to inform the buyer, to extend the specified terms by up to 12 days. The goods are delivered as standard – by hand against signature, and for larger shipments (determined at the discretion of the person making the delivery) the delivery is made to the entrance of the building. If it is impossible or difficult to deliver the parcel to the recipient in person, the parcels are delivered as follows: 1. for a business address – to a person with a place of work at the address, noting the name and position/department of the person who received the parcel. 2. for a home address – to a member of the household, noting the name of the person who received the parcel and his relationship to the recipient. If it is impossible to deliver the shipment on the first visit, not due to the fault of Bio Innovatsii Ltd./the courier (in case there is no one at the address, etc.), the person making the delivery leaves a notice indicating a contact phone number, which the recipient should call within three working days to specify a new delivery date. If it is impossible to deliver the shipment and on the second visit not due to the fault of Bio Inovatsii Ltd./the courier, the distance selling contract is automatically terminated, in which case, as a penalty for its non-fulfillment by the buyer, Bio Inovatsii Ltd. withholds all amounts paid by the buyer. The above sentence also applies to cases where a recipient unreasonably refuses to accept a given shipment. Bio Inovatsii Ltd./the courier is not liable for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the buyer has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer shall immediately inspect them. If the Buyer discovers any visible defects, missing accessories accompanying the goods, and/or the absence of any documents required under Bulgarian law, the Buyer must immediately notify the person making the delivery. If the Buyer fails to do so, the goods shall be deemed accepted, and the Buyer shall lose the right to subsequently claim that the goods were delivered with visible defects, missing accessories, and/or without any documents required under Bulgarian law.
Complaints regarding goods purchased through the Online Store shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (CPA) (applicable to consumers only) and/or in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable commercial warranty.

Pursuant to Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without providing a reason, without owing compensation or penalties, and without incurring any costs (except for the costs specified in Articles 54, Paragraph 3 and 55 of the CPA) within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, or when the consumer has ordered multiple goods in a single order, which are delivered separately – from the date the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by the consumer, receives the last item.
The right to withdraw can only be exercised if the consumer has returned the goods to Bio Inovatsii Ltd. in their original packaging, in a saleable condition, along with all accessories, documentation, and the original receipt/invoice for the purchase.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal from a distance contract, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back to Bio Inovatsii Ltd no later than 14 days, starting from the date on which the consumer has informed Bio Inovatsii Ltd of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
Until the goods are handed over to Bio Inovatsii Ltd, the risk of accidental loss or damage shall be borne entirely by the consumer.
Bio Innovations Ltd. may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the website will be accompanied by a notification and updated Terms and Conditions.
